TAN HEE BOON |

Hee
Boon was first introduced to Yoga
by Master Kamal (founder of Planet Yoga,
Hong Kong) 8 years ago. Hee Boon first took
it up as a form of relaxation & escape
from his job as a Graphic Art Director.
Sensing Hee Boon's potential to excel as
a Yogi, Master Kamal invited him to take
up the Teacher Training Course under Kamal’s
Rhythmic Yoga. This also marked Hee Boon’s
first step into his spiritual journey. In
March 2005, he completed a one month residential
teacher training course in Yoga Vidal Dham,
Nashik, India, where he studied the philosophy
of yoga and the physiological and anatomical
aspect of yoga. Hee Boon has attended several
workshops by renowned teachers like Rodney
Yee, Judy Krupp & Duncan Wong.
Hee Boon started teaching Yoga 5 years ago.
He believes that Yoga is a way of life and
a spiritual journey. It allows one to
still his mind and experience the joy of
living.

this will help to calm your mind.”

Jacqueline began her yoga studies at an early age, and has been studying and practicing yoga for more than 20 years.
She is trained in Iyengar Yoga, Power and Hatha Yoga and Yoga Therapy in Mysore, Pune and Bangalore, India.
Jacqueline also received training for treating postural and back problems from renowned teacher-trainer Donna Farhi.
Jacqueline has taught yoga worldwide, and has been teaching in Singapore for the past 8 years.

One of Singapore's favorite Ashtanga teachers, Adeline is a classically-trained ballet dancer and former competitive swimmer who began practicing yoga in 1995. She is particularly drawn to vigorous styles such as Vinyasa and Ashtanga.
Yoga helped Adeline in the healing of old dance, sports and running injuries to her ankles, knees, hamstrings and shoulders. Her dream is teaching yoga as a form of healing and rehabilitation based on love and compassion. She has already helped students with back problems, breast cancer and Parkinson's disease.
Adeline received her teaching certification from Yoga Arts (Australia) in 2002, and is registered with Yoga Alliance. Adeline's personal practice and teaching skills have developed through a variety of training courses and workshops over a number of years. She continues her training by attending workshops with such acclaimed teachers as Danny Paradise, Matthew Sweeney, Rachel Hull, Louisa Sears, David Muesham and John Scott.

Michelle started her career as an Occupational Therapist (Bachelor of Health Science by University of Sydney) more than 8 years ago, specializing in neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation .Her interest in teaching begins when she coordinated and taught in the antenatal and baby massage program since 2002.
Wishing to share her passions with others, Michelle obtained a certificate in pre-natal yoga with Gaia-Sun Yoga and attended the exercise and pregnancy workshop by the Australian Graduate School of Health & Sport Science. She was also certified and trained directly by Master Sivaram and was deeply inspired by his belief in the sivananda tradition.
With her own personal experiences in the benefits of yoga that help eliminate her chronic backaches and her strong healthcare background that help deepen her understanding and knowledge of Yoga, Michelle aims to continue to share her passion and knowledge to peoples of all walk of life- the benefits of yoga in everyday life.

Christine Plaud (also known as Kirti) |

Kirti (Christine Plaud) started her spiritual journey in France where she grew up, specialised in Asian languages and studies. She started practicing hatha yoga in Thailand in 1997, but in 2002 after taking 2 classes of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, she had the revelation to have found the perfect tool she was looking for, signed up immediately for teacher's training certification program and began teaching in 2003. She is now giving public and private classes, focusing on stress management, emotional release, lifestyle. She is one of the trainers of the Kundalini Teacher training program which started in Singapore in 2006. She is also an Ayurvedic massage therapist, practice healing techniques (Sat Nam Rasayan, Universal Energy) and Body Talk practitioner. Her approach to teaching is joyful and spirited and she enjoys using the whole panel of tools available in those teachings (Bandhas, Mudras, sound current, pranayama, asanas) to bring you high ! If you let it go you will blow !. She finally started her own company Inner Keys Pte Ltd in 2005.

Albert started his career in the sports & fitness industry 10 years ago, specializing in Rugb and Touch Rugby coaching Sport specific fitness programming, Fat-lost fitness programming, Pilates Training and also teaches his own style of Stree Salsa call "URBAN SALSA".
His satisfaction lies in seeing students achieving their fitness goals through his guidance and he hope to continue to empower his students with the knowledge to exercise safely and to lead a healthier live through fun filled and effective physical activities.

Helena graduated with a Diploma in Teaching the Science and Art of
Yoga,under the guidance of Sri A.G. Mohan, Indra Mohan and their Daughter
Nitya.Sri A.G. Mohan was a private student of the great Krishnamacharya.
Since her graduation in 2003 Helena has taken numerous workshops and
courses, including travelling to Chennai, India, to the Svastha Yoga
Ayurveda Foundation.
After the loss of her daughter in 1998, Helena did a lot of searching
for inner peace, and answers to life. She draws her inspiration from the
teaching of the Yoga Sutras, and truly believes that Yoga has helped
her find peace, understanding and strength.
Helena is a very intuitive and compassionate teacher, who has
transformed her life with the knowledge she has gained from her studies of Yoga.
She maintains that with daily asana practice, pranayama and meditation
everyone can reach physical and mental well being. She has a passion for passing
on this learning to others, so that they can also enjoy the many benefits
of yoga.

Puay Q is a passionate and warm yogini whose practice is beautifully inspired by the Sivananda and Iyengar tradition, with grace from her dance, martial arts and Capoeira background.
Certified and trained directly by Master Sivaram - and a student of Peter Thomson - she sees Yoga as a way of experiencing life more fully.
Puay Q loves sharing her knowledge of Yoga with people from all walks of life, ages and levels to cultivate a practice beyond the physical.
In her class, there is focus on proper breathing, awareness-relaxation techniques and positive thinking. It is her privilege to give her students something to carry with them forever – the yearning to learn more.
Energizing and purifying, Puay Q's classes are for everyone.

Lay Peng
Lay Peng is better known/called as “Miss Tina” by her yoga kids. Like all children, Lay Peng loves adventure and had been actively doing rock climbing during her school times.
Her interest for fitness has expanded from rock climbing to Yoga after she joined the workforce. Besides the stretching and strengthening, Yoga is also a powerful tool for de-stress, self-discovery, healing and finding inner peace. Over the years, Lay Peng has grown and benefited from her practice.
Greatly inspired by her two wonderful boys and supportive husband coupled with the encouragement from her Yoga Teacher, Lay Peng decided to enroll in Teacher Trainings to further deepen her practice and equip herself with the right skills and knowledge to teach.
She took her first Teacher Training from Yogakids International by Marsha Wenig in 2004. Over the years, she has attended the Yoga for the Special Child Certification Program by Sonia Sumar and was certified and trained directly by Master Sivaram in the Sivananda tradition.
Today, Yoga has become an integral part of her life. She finds it extremely rewarding to share her yoga knowledge and experience with students. She now teaches yoga to children, special needs, adults and family.
